Yomogi Saccharomyces Boulardii 50 Capsules

Description:

Yomogi is a probiotic that comprises as its active substance 250mg of lyophilized yeast cells that at batch release contains a minimum of 2.5 billion CFU (colony forming units) of a viable non-pathogenic cell of the yeast strain Saccharomyces cerevisiae (boulardii) HANSEN CBS 5926 / CNCM I-745. Often referred to in the clinical setting as Saccharomyces boulardii or SB and SB Probiotic.

Saccharomyces boulardii is indicated for the treatment of diarrhoea, often a symptom of gastrointestinal disorders. Saccharomyces boulardii may help and support a healthy microbial environment. It can grow at very high temperatures (37°C) and resistant to acid.

Yomogi does not contain gluten or wheat products. It does however contain Lactose – 28.75mg.

Yomogi does not require refrigeration. Yomogi is lyophilized, a process of freeze drying that ensures the product is heat stable and maintains viable active cells, or colony forming units (CFU).

Yomogi helps support healthy immune system function. Yomogi is used for the relief and occurrence of diarrhoea in adults and children and to reduce and relieve diarrhoea after antibiotic use. Yomogi helps reduce the occurrence of travellers' diarrhoea and to relieve those symptoms.

Ingredients:

The active substance is Saccharomyces cerevisiae (Boulardii) HANSEN CBS 5926 with a minimum 2.5 billion CFU (Colony Forming Units) at batch release. Refer to the Patient Information Leaflet (PIL) for complete list of ingredients.

Usage Directions:

Adults and children over 2 years of age: 1 capsule 1-2 times daily.

Children 2-6 years of age: open the hard capsule and stir the contents into food or liquid.

Travellers' diarrhoea: 1 capsule 1-2 times daily starting 5 days before departure and continue for the duration of travel.

Antibiotic use: 1 capsule 1-2 times daily

Storage:

Store in a cool dry environment.

Warnings:

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Contains lactose. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. If diarrhoea persists for more than 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years or 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years, seek medical advice.

How Do Returns & Refunds Work?

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
