Viscotears Liquid Eye Gel 10g

Description:

Viscotears contains the active ingredient, carbomer (polyacrylic acid). Viscotears, is a fast acting, long lasting liquid gel that helps provide soothing relief from dry, sore & gritty eyes. This Eye Gel helps to make dry eyes feel more comfortable. The initial soothing sensation is prolonged by the long action of the Liquid Gel in the eye.

Ingredients:

Carbomer 980 2mg.

Preservative: Cetrimide 0.1mg.

Usage Directions:

1. Wash your hands.

2. If you wear contact lenses, remove them before using the drops and do not replace for at least 15 minutes.

3. Hold the tube vertically.

4. Tilt your head backwards.

5. Rest one hand on your cheek and gently pull down your lower eye lid.

6. Look upwards.

7. Insert one drop by squeezing the tube gently.

8. Blink a few times to spread the liquid gel evenly over your eye.

9. Wipe away any excess gel from around the eyelids.

10. Repeat for your other eye if required.

See leaflet inside. To avoid contamination do not touch dropper tip to any surface.

Storage:

Store below 25°C.

Discard contents four weeks after opening.

How Do Returns & Refunds Work?

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
