Overview
Veet Warm with Essential Oils is a quick and easy way of removing unwanted hair for up to 4 weeks with long lasting results, while enjoying a relaxing fragrance.

Directions for Use
How to apply the Wax: Using the correct part of the spatula, apply thin layers of wax onto the skin in the direction of hair growth. The thinner the layer, the more effective the results. The area covered by the wax should be shorter than the strips. Never cover the whole area with wax in one go. How to remove the wax: Immediately place the strip over the layer of wax, ensuring that there is at least 1 cm at the bottom which is wax free. Smooth the strip over the wax in the direction of hair growth. Hold the skin taut with one hand and with the other hand, grip the bottom of the strip. In one swift and decisive movement, remove the strip against the direction of hair growth. Never lift the strip upwards, but keep it parallel and as close to the skin as possible. To relieve discomfort, apply pressure on your skin with your hands. Repeat as necessary. The same strip can be used several times. How to use on individual areas: Legs: Apply wax from knee to ankle. Remove the strip from ankle to knee. Underarms: To reduce any excess of moisture, we strongly recommend applying talcum powder before waxing. Cut the fabric strip to a suitable size. Underarm hair tends to grow in 2 different directions, so requires removing in 2 stages. Lift the elbow up and well back for the skin to be taut. Use the correct part of the spatula to apply the wax. For the upper part of the underarm, apply the wax in thin layers upwards towards the elbow. For the lower part of the underarm, apply the wax in the opposite direction. Remove the strips against the direction of hair growth. Bikini Line: Cut the fabrics to a suitable size. Only use on small areas at a time. Use the correct end of the spatula to apply the wax. Hold the skin taut, and apply a thin layer of wax in the direction of hair growth. remove the strip against the direction of hair growth. Upper Lips: Treat each side of your lip (left and right) separately. cut the fabric strip to size. Use the correct part of the spatula to apply the wax. Hold the skin taut and apply a thin layer of wax above one side of the upper lip in the direction of hair growth. Repeat on the other side of the lip.

Ingredients
Glucose, Fructose, Maltose, Water, Citric Acid, Potato Starch, Parfum, Citral, Limonene Linalool.

Contraindications & Cautions
Follow the directions for use and precautions on the leaflet inside the pack. IMPORTANT: ALWAYS REMOVE LID BEFORE HEATING THE WAX. To prevent burning: Follow the recommended heating times (timed with a watch). Take care when handling the heated jar as it may be hot. Check the temperature of the wax using the blue rectangle on the spatula: If it is visible, the wax is safe to use. If the word NO appears, the wax is to hot and should be allowed to cool. If the blue rectangle is still visible, carefully apply a small amount of wax on the inside of your wrist to ensure the wax temperature is suitable for use. Designed for use on legs, underarms, bikini line, arms, and face such as upper lip but is not suitable for use on the breast, eyebrows, perianal or genital areas. Do not use on varicose veins, scars, moles, broken, irritated, sunburnt skin, or on skin that has had an adverse reaction to waxes in the past. Check with your doctor before using if you are on any medication which can affect the skin or if you suffer from any skin related disorder. Waxing is not suitable for the elderly or diabetic.

Warnings

OVERHEATED WAX MAY CAUSE BURNS.

Even if the jar is not too hot to hold, some of the wax may have turned into liquid and could burn if split

Always hold the jar upright when removing from the microwave and do not tilt.

We offer Standard Delivery for $8.95 with approximately 3-6 business days of transit time after dispatch from our warehouse.

We also offer an Express Delivery Service for $14.95 with approximately 1-2 business days of transit time after dispatch from our warehouse.

PRESCRIPTION PROCESSING PROCEDURE

Orders for prescription items can only be processed once we physically receive your prescription paperwork. Prescription product orders will be dispensed and dispatched on the business day the prescription or valid repeat authorisation is received at the SUPERPHARMACY registered premises. Ensure to allow sufficient time for the delivery of your prescription or repeat authorisation paperwork to us and the subsequent order delivery via our specialised delivery network. We recommend considering a total of up to 7 days for metro areas or 10 days in remote areas. If we do not already hold your prescription paperwork, it will be necessary for you to send the prescription paperwork to us before we can dispatch your order. Please also allow appropriate time for the prescription to reach us and for the order to be sent back so as to avoid running out of your ongoing prescription medicine.

It may be necessary for some orders to be shipped in more than one box from different distribution sites and therefore you may obtain these parcels at different times. We will notify you via email if there is a delay in the delivery of an item in your Order and what action we have taken.

Returns & exchanges

How Do Returns & Refunds Work?


We are happy to offer refunds or exchanges on any item (excluding restricted items*) that you have purchased from us.

Important: You are not entitled to, or guaranteed, a refund for Change of Mind returns. They will be processed at our discretion. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for Change of Mind returns.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return goods to us unless we specify that we will cover the cost.

Note: Legislation prohibits us from accepting Prescription Items for refund or exchange.

 

All we ask is that you follow the below to qualify:

  1. Check your products as soon as you receive delivery. Ensure the correct items have been sent, and nothing is damaged or in an unusable condition.
     
  2. Contact us within 30 days from your order date (7 days for damaged/incorrect items).
     

How We Handle Them:
 

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.
     

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

 

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
 

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.

 

The Process:

  1. Contact Us

    • To start a return, please send your request to customerservice@superpharmacy.com.au. Make sure we have received & acknowledged your request before you send the item back to us.
       
  2. Instructions

    • A Customer Service Team Member will then review your request, and be in touch with some further information. Should your request be approved, they will supply a return address for you to post the item back to us, and instructions on how to do so.
       
  3. Drop Off At Your Post Office

    • Once you have received the returns address and packaged and labelled your box as instructed, all you need to do is drop off the parcel at your local Post Office. From there, they will take care of getting the parcel back to us.
       
  4. We Receive Your Return

    • It can take anywhere from an estimated 1-10 business days for us to receive your return parcel back to us (depending on location). We check for any returns daily and will process the refund/exchange within 2 business days after receiving the item back to us. We will make sure the entire process is communicated to you once we receive the item back.

 

 

Am I Eligible For Free Return Shipping?

If you qualify for free return shipping, our Customer Service Team will make this clear to you in your request. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover return postage fees on all return types.
