Refresh Preservative Free Eye Drops comfort irritated, dry, and tired eyes. Suitable for all contact lens wearers and may also be used for in-eye re-wetting of contact lenses.

These Refresh eye drops are preservative free and will not cause allergies or adverse reactions associated with eye drop preservatives. People with sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers can use these eye drops.

Refresh Preservative Free Eye Drops are available in sterile single-use containers. Eye drops are prone to bacterial contamination and are generally discarded 4 weeks from the time of first opening the bottle. Each single-use container remains sterile until it is opened and does not need to be discarded. The single-use containers of Refresh eye drops are convenient and easy to carry.

Usage directions:

Completely twist off tab, then pull to remove.

Instil 1 drop in the affected eye(s) as frequently as required and discard unused contents.

Ingredients:

Each ml contains: LIQUIFILM® (polyvinyl alcohol) 14mg and povidone 6mg.

Storage:

Store below 25°C.

How Do Returns & Refunds Work?

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
