Panadol Osteo Paracetamol (665mg) 96 Caplets

Description:

Panadol Osteo is a sustained release formulation that may provide long-lasting relief from persistent pain such as that associated with Osteoarthritis. It contains a higher dose of paracetamol than regular Panadol tablets.

With only 3 daily doses, each lasting up to 8 hours, Panadol Osteo may provide up to 24-hour relief from pain. The paracetamol is released in 2 stages, with the first stage being released quickly, for rapid onset of action and the second stage being released slowly over the day or night, to provide prolonged pain relief. Gentle on your stomach.

Ingredients:

Each Caplet contains: 665mg Paracetamol. 

 

Usage Directions:

Adults: 2 tablets swallowed whole with water three times a day every 6-8 hours (maximum 6 caplets in 24 hours).

Doses should be equally spaced throughout the day. Can be taken with or without food. The caplets must not be crushed.

 

Storage:

Store below 30°C.

Warnings:

This product is a Pharmacist Only Medicine and requires pharmacist advice. This medicine may not be right for you. Incorrect use could be harmful. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Keep out of reach of children. 

Do not use Panadol if you are allergic to paracetamol, if you are using other medicines containing paracetamol, for children under the age of 12 except on medical advice. Do not take more frequently than every 6 hours. Adults do not take this medicine for more than a few days at a time unless advised by a doctor. Adolescents and children (12-17) do not take this medicine for more than 48 hours at a time unless advised by a doctor.

Do not use if expiry date has passed, if any of the seals on the packaging are broken, until you have read the enclosed leaflet carefully.

Ask a doctor before use: if you have any kidney or liver problems, if you are on warfarin (blood thinning medication). Stop and see a doctor immediately if you have an allergic skin reaction, shortness of breath or wheezing after taking this medication.

Keep to the recommended dose. If an overdose is taken or suspected. stop use and ring the Poisons Information Centre (Australia 13 11 26. New Zealand 0800 764 766) or go to a hospital straight away even if you feel well because of the risk of delayed, serious liver damage.

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
