Normafibe Natural Fibre 500g

Description:

Normafibre is a daily fibre supplement that may help to maintain regular bowel movements. It may also assist in the management of medically diagnosed irritable bowel syndrome.

It contains sterculia (also called karaya gum), a natural fibre product. Sterculia swells up after contact with fluid. Sterculia is not fermented by bacteria in the gut and is less likely to cause wind than fermentable fibres.

Normafibe can be used if you are pregnant or breast feeding.

Ingredients:

The active ingredient is sterculia. The granules contain 62% sterculia. The other ingredients (present in the coating) are sodium bicarbonate, sucrose (sugar), talc, titanium dioxide, hard paraffin, and vanillin. Normafibe is gluten free.

Usage Directions:

Adults: Take 1-2 heaped 5 ml measuring spoonsful once or twice daily after meals, or as directed.

Children (6-12 years): Take as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.

If you do not have a bowel movement after taking Normafibe for 4 days, stop taking it and seek medical advice. Normafibe granules should be swallowed whole with plenty of water or other cool drink. Not to be taken immediately before going to bed or in a recumbent position.

Storage:

Store in a cool dry environment.

Warnings:

Do not take if:

  • You have a blockage in your bowel (gut)
  • You have a total loss of muscle tone in the bowel
  • You have faecal impaction
  • You are allergic to any of the ingredients

How Do Returns & Refunds Work?

All products you buy from the Healthylife website are covered by the Healthylife Returns Policy.

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
