Usage Directions:

Adults only: Take 3 tablets daily with water, or as directed by your health professional. Break, cut or crush the tablet (prior to consuming) if you have swallowing concerns. Swallow with a glass of water.

Storage:

Store below 25°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

Do not use if tamper evident seal or blistering is broken or damaged.

Warnings:

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Caffeine interacts with the liver enzyme CYP1A2. Consult your health professional before taking with other medicines'. Limit the use of caffeine-containing products (including tea and coffee) when taking this product. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner (or words to that effect). Contains caffeine [15mg/per tab] total caffeine [45mg per recommended daily dosage]. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine.
