Ingredients:

Valeriana officinalis dry root extract 139mg, from 556mg dry root (Valerian) Humulus lupulus dry flower extract 33.33mg, from 250mg dry flower (Hops) Matricaria chamomilla dry flower extract 25mg, from 100mg dry flower (Chamomile) Passiflora incarnata dry herb extract 18.18mg, from 100mg dry herb (Passion Flower) Calcium (from Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate dihydrate) 23.3mg Magnesium (from Magnesium Phosphate Pentahydrate) 10.4mg Contains: No added gluten, lactose, artificial colours or flavours, artificial sweeteners, or dairy products. Contains sulfur dioxide.

Usage Directions:

Adults take two to three capsules daily one hour before going to bed or as recommended by your health professional

Storage:

Store below 30°C, in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

Warnings:

In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Valerian may harm the liver in some people. If you experience yellowing of the skin/eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, abdominal pain, and/or loss of appetite, stop using this product and see your doctor.

How Do Returns & Refunds Work?

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
