Description:
Heartgard Plus Chews for Large Dogs Weighing 23-45kg. It is a monthly treatment in the form of a beef flavoured chew which provides your dog with protection against heartworm disease by eliminating the tissue stage of heartworm larvae. It also treats and controls roundworms and hookworms.
You can't stop mosquito bites. But with Heartgard Plus, you can kill the heartworm larvae that are transmitted to your dog by those annoying bloodsuckers, helping to prevent heartworm disease. Heartgard Plus prevents heartworm disease in dogs by eliminating heartworm larvae that infected the dog in the month (30 days) before treatment. Heartgard Plus also controls heartworm infections acquired in the previous 4 months provided monthly treatment is continued for at least 12 months.
Key Benefits:
Heartgard Plus provides protection against heartworm, roundworm, and hookworm. It does not provide protection against tapeworm.
Ingredients:
Ivermectin 272µg, Pyrantel 227mg per Chewable.
Usage Directions:
Separate a single dose at the perforation. Find the arrow in the corner. Peel back the foil backing. Give your dog the entire chewable to eat. Encourage your dog to chew in bites, not swallow whole. Repeat every 30 days.
Heartgard Plus is given orally once a month, please weigh your dog and follow the packaging instructions for the right dosage. For best performance treat your dog on or around the same day each month.

Safe for puppies from 6 weeks of age, as well as pregnant and breeding females.
All dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infection before starting treatment with Heartgard Plus, which is not effective against adult heartworm. Infected dogs must be treated to remove adult heartworms and larvae before beginning Heartgard Plus.

- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
