Measurements
For left or right arm, measure around elbow for correct sizing. Adjustable One Size fits most 17.8-35.6cm. Please ensure you measure correctly before purchasing this product as we don't offer a refund or exchange for incorrect sizing.

Overview
Adjustable elbow support with custom dial technology for personalised compression levels.

  • Applies targeted pressure on the affected elbow tendon without increasing pressure around the entire arm
  • Pressure is delivered more accurately than standard elbow straps and is maintained until the dial is adjusted
  • Soothing gel pad conforms to the shape of the arm and provides additional comfort on the tendon as it moves
  • Adjustable hook and loop strap with soft edges provides additional comfort
  • Low profile design allows easy fit under or over clothing

Directions for Use
 Pull hook fastener through slot to create loop in strap. Apply to forearm below the bend in the elbow. Pressure pad should be located on the outside of the forearm.  Tighten strap to a comfortable level of low compression and secure the hook tab onto the strap. Tighten dial by rotating clockwise until desired compression level is achieved. Increase pressure as activity level increases; do not overtighten.  To remove, loosen dial until no pressure is felt, pull hook tab from strap, slide off forearm. Hand wash with mild soap in lukewarm water. Do NOT wring out. Blot with towel to remove excess water. Air-dry or tumble-dry in delicate cycle on low heat.

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
