Description:

A pH balanced, humectant shampoo and emollient shampoo that leaves pets smelling and feeling good, without drying the skin.

  • Gentle, hypoallergenic shampoo.
  • Soap-free.
  • Contains Genuine Fidos Fragrance (GFF) for a pleasant perfume smell.
  • Leaves the coat looking, smelling, and feeling good, without drying the skin.
  • Suitable for dogs, cats, other domestic animals of all ages.
  • PH balanced, humectant and emollient shampoo.
  • Suspends soil in the coat for easy rinsing.
  • Cleans, conditions, and moisturises the skin and coat.
  • Can be used weekly or more frequently as required.
  • Suitable for use with long term flea control products.

Ingredients:

Monoethanolamine lauryl sulfate, glycerol, coco betaine, coconut diethanolamide; colour, fragrance, water, preservatives.

Usage Directions:

Wet coat thoroughly with clean water and pour at least 20mL along the backline of the pet. Work up a good lather over the entire body. Rinse off and dry thoroughly. Use weekly or more frequently if necessary.

Storage:

Store below 30'C.

How Do Returns & Refunds Work?

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
