Description:

With 100% natural active ingredients (Eucalyptus Oil, Melaleuca alternifolia and Wintergreen oil), Elmore Oil Heat works to give temporary relief of muscular aches and pains, and relieve mild inflammation in the muscles and joints based on traditional Western Herbal Medicine. It contains Wintergreen Oil for a gentle heat effect.

Ingredients:

The natural active ingredients include Eucalyptus Oil 38.6 mg/g, Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia) fresh whole plant distillate 42.5 mg/g and Wintergreen Oil 50 mg/g.

TERPINEN-4-OL is sourced from Melaleuca alternifolia, a Tea Tree from a specific region of Northern NSW known to contain the highest concentrations.

Usage Directions:

Adults: Apply a small amount of Elmore Oil Heat Cream to the affected area and gently massage in until fully absorbed. Use twice daily or more frequently if required.

Storage:

Store below 30ºC, away from direct sunlight.

Warnings:

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If it goes into the eyes rinse thoroughly. Do not use if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients. Keep out of reach of children.

Contains methyl salicylate. Do not use if pregnant or likely to become pregnant. Do not use this product in children 6 years of age or less. Application to skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight. Avoid prolonged exposure in the sun. If irritation develops, discontinue use.

How Do Returns & Refunds Work?

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
