Description:

The Elastoplast ABC Heat Plaster is designed to alleviate lower back pain and provides long lasting relief by utilising the heat from a naturally occurring ingredient like capsaicin to treat the pain area. The adhesive heat plaster works in a way that provides continuous heat which then blocks the transmission of pain signals in the lower back.

Capsaicin is the active component found in chili peppers. When used topically through the Elastoplast ABC Heat Plaster, capsaicin can provide long-lasting pain relief from chronic back pain.

The ABC Heat Plaster is available in one size but can be cut to fit the affected area.

Ingredients:

Soft extract of cayenne pepper corresponding to 11mg capsaicinoids, calculated as capsaicin.

Usage Directions:

Remove the backing paper, apply the plaster on dry skin directly over the affected area. Press firmly and smooth down. Ensure that the entire area is covered. The plaster can be cut down to size to fit the affected area.

Storage:

Store below 30°C, in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

Warnings:

Always read the label. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.

Do not use if you are allergic to capsicum.

Do not use on broken skin or wounds.

Do not apply near eyes.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breast feeding.

Do not use on children under the age of 12.

How Do Returns & Refunds Work?

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
