WARNING - When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms of retinol equivalents (RE) for women and 900 micrograms of retinol equivalents.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for an adult of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

WARNING: contains B6. Stop taking this product if you are experiencing tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible.

If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.

Supplements may only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Vitamin and mineral supplements are not a replacement for a healthy diet.

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
