Usage Directions:

Dissolve eight drops of Cellfood in 240ml of water or juice, three times a day. Take at least 15 minutes before eating, or an hour afterwards. Alternatively, mix the whole day's amount in a bottle and sip throughout the day.

If you experience a 'cleansing response', halve the dosage at the beginning, and gradually increase over time.
