Carefree Flexia Tampons Regular catch fluid that other tampons might miss. The unique Softfolds wings adapt to your body and attract fluid to the absorbent inner core of the tampon to help prevent leakage. And when it’s time for bed, you’ll get 8-hour protection while you sleep overnight* so you can wake up feeling clean and fresh.

  • A drop absorbency rating of 3 means they can absorb approximately 11g during a medium flow.
  • Adapts To Your Body: Softfolds adapt to your body to catch fluid and leaks other tampons may miss.
  • Advanced Protection: Softfolds draw fluid to the inner core of the tampon for extra peace of mind.

*CAUTION: A tampon should never be left in for more than 8 hours. For night use, change the tampon before you go to bed and first thing in the morning; please read the enclosed leaflet in your CAREFREE FLEXIA Tampon pack for usage instructions.

How Do Returns & Refunds Work?

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
