Please read the full Instructions for Use provided with the product prior to using.
1. Stand on the product with your feet evenly apart and stay still (the product will automatically turn on once you stand on it).
The weight display will flash two times (within 3 seconds) when the final reading has been obtained.
2. Should you wish to take another reading, please step off the product and wait for the display to automatically re-set to zero [0.0] and then step back on again.
3. When you step off the product, it will automatically turn-off after 10 seconds. The product will also automatically turn-off after the reading is obtained while you are standing on it after 7 seconds.
Please note the product rounds up or down to the neatest 100g, therefore if you weigh yourself twice and get two different readings, your weight lies between the two readings.


• Wipe away any dirt and dust from the product.
• Store in a safe cool dry place, on level ground, away from children.
• DO NOT place any heavy objects on the product.


Please read all Safety Warnings provided with the product prior to using.

• Keep children away from packaging material. Ensure that the packaging bag is not put over the head as this is a suffocation hazard or choking hazard if swallowed.

• Keep the product, its components and batteries out of reach of children.

• DO NOT let children play with the product.

• DO NOT overload the product with more than 180kg/396lb.

• Place the product on a solid flat surface before use. It will not measure correctly on soft ground such as carpet or uneven floors.

• DO NOT place the product on wet floors, including tiles or other slippery surfaces. The product is slippery when wet. Make sure the product is fully dry prior to use.

• DO NOT use immediately after a shower, bath or sauna. DO NOT use if any part of your body is wet.

• DO NOT wear socks or shoes when using the product, always have bare feet.

• Use a handrail when stepping on the unit.

• DO NOT allow the product to become saturated with water as this can damage the electronics.

• DO NOT step on the edge or LED display of the product.

• DO NOT drop, jump or bounce on the product, as it is a precision instrument.

• DO NOT attempt to open or disassemble the product.

• Use two hands when carrying the product.

• Clean the product using a damp cloth and mild detergent, but DO NOT allow water to get inside the product. DO NOT use any harsh chemical cleaning agents.

• Always clean/disinfect the product before use when using the product with someone with a skin disease to avoid cross contamination.

• Only use batteries specified for the product.

• Failure to follow these instructions could cause the batteries to leak, become hot, explode or ignite and cause injury and/or damage.

• DO NOT expose to temperatures over 60˚C.

• Install the batteries carefully with the polarities in the correct position as per the marking in the markings in the battery compartment.

• DO NOT batteries after their expiration date; or new and used batteries together; or different brand batteries together.

• Periodically check batteries to ensure they are in good working condition. Replace worn batteries with new ones immediately. Dispose of the old batteries according to current local regulations.

• Remove batteries carefully if the product is not going to be used for a long period of time.

• If battery fluid gets in your eyes of touches your skin, immediately rinse with plenty of water and consult a healthcare professional.

• DO NOT throw batteries into fire.

• DO NOT use with other electrical or medical equipment simultaneously.

• DO NOT use or store the product in the following conditions:

Near sources of heat, direct sunlight or high temperature

Moist or humid environments

Dusty locations

Near fire, flammable gas, chemicals or oxygen rich environments

Locations easily subject to vibrations or shock or in a pressurized container

In high frequency or strong magnetic field areas- e.g. surgical equipment, MRI, CT, microwave ovens

• Store the product safety away on level ground when not in use as it can cause a tripping hazard.

• DO NOT place the product upright against a wall or put heavy objects on it.

Superpharmacy Orders will be packaged in plain, impervious packaging that is unmarked for security and privacy reasons. Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible once payment is received. 

We will dispatch most orders within business day from Monday to Friday, assuming all items are in stock. All other orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible thereafter.

Australia Wide shipment details

We offer Standard Shipping for $4.95** with approximately 3-6 business days of transit time based upon your location within Australia.*

We also offer an Express Delivery Service for $10.95** with approximately 1-3 business days of transit time based upon your location within Australia.*

All Australian orders $99 or more in value (and under 3kgs) will qualify for FREE Standard Shipping or Express Delivery at $7.95

Any orders that contain an item that requires Cold-Chain Shipping will incur a $10.95 Express Delivery Fee. This will overwrite any other thresholds.

Any orders over 3kgs will have our Online Team be in contact with further information regarding shipping.

All orders of Prescription items will receive FREE Delivery regardless of order value.

*These estimations are based upon transit time once dispatched from our locations. Please note our couriers do not operate on weekends and public holidays.

Orders for prescription items can only be processed once we physically receive your prescription paperwork. Prescription product orders will be dispensed and dispatched on the business day the prescription or valid repeat authorisation is received at the SUPERPHARMACY registered premises. Ensure to allow sufficient time for the delivery of your prescription or repeat authorisation paperwork to us and the subsequent order delivery via our specialised delivery network. We recommend considering a total of up to 7 days for metro areas or 10 days in remote areas. If we do not already hold your prescription paperwork, it will be necessary for you to send the prescription paperwork to us before we can dispatch your order. Please also allow the appropriate time for the prescription to reach us and for the order to be sent back so as to avoid running out of your ongoing prescription medicine.

We partner with well-known and trusted delivery services to minimise delivery times. These include:

  • Auspost
  • Local delivery couriers

The end goal is to get your order to you as fast and as securely as possible.

It may be necessary for some orders to be shipped in more than one box from different distribution sites and therefore you may obtain these parcels at different times. We will notify you via email if there is a delay in the delivery of an item in your Order and what action we have taken.

Returns & exchanges

How Do Returns & Refunds Work?

We are happy to offer refunds or exchanges on any item (excluding restricted items*) that you have purchased from us.

Important: You are not entitled to, or guaranteed, a refund for Change of Mind returns. They will be processed at our discretion. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for Change of Mind returns.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return goods to us unless we specify that we will cover the cost.

Note: Legislation prohibits us from accepting Prescription Items for refund or exchange.


All we ask is that you follow the below to qualify:

  1. Check your products as soon as you receive delivery. Ensure the correct items have been sent, and nothing is damaged or in an unusable condition.
  2. Contact us within 30 days from your order date (7 days for damaged/incorrect items).

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.


Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.


The Process:

  1. Contact Us

    • To start a return, please send your request to Make sure we have received & acknowledged your request before you send the item back to us.
  2. Instructions

    • A Customer Service Team Member will then review your request, and be in touch with some further information. Should your request be approved, they will supply a return address for you to post the item back to us, and instructions on how to do so.
  3. Drop Off At Your Post Office

    • Once you have received the returns address and packaged and labelled your box as instructed, all you need to do is drop off the parcel at your local Post Office. From there, they will take care of getting the parcel back to us.
  4. We Receive Your Return

    • It can take anywhere from an estimated 1-10 business days for us to receive your return parcel back to us (depending on location). We check for any returns daily and will process the refund/exchange within 2 business days after receiving the item back to us. We will make sure the entire process is communicated to you once we receive the item back.



Am I Eligible For Free Return Shipping?

If you qualify for free return shipping, our Customer Service Team will make this clear to you in your request. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover return postage fees on all return types.


What Items Are Restricted For Returns*?

We will not accept Change of Mind Returns for the following items:

  • Baby Formula
  • Prescription Medicine
  • Perfumes & Colognes
  • Bulk / Special Orders
