All Blackmores fish oil is extracted from 100% wild caught small fish. The specialised extraction process ensures purified, high quality oil that is rigorously tested for mercury, dioxins and PCBs.

Ingredients:

Concentrated fish omega-3 triglycerides 500 mg equiv. total omega-3 acids expressed as triglycerides 330 mg (including total EPA + DHA 300 mg).

Usage Directions:

Children that are unable to swallow - Pierce the capsule, squeeze the content into milk, juice or cereal and consume immediately. Do not swallow whole.

For heart, skin and general health:

Adults - Take 2 capsules once a day.

For brain and eye health:

Adults - Take 3 capsules once a day.

For healthy growth and development:

Children 1-17 years - Give 2 capsules once a day.  

 

Storage:

Store below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

How Do Returns & Refunds Work?

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
