Description:

Bion eye drops, help relieve moderate to severe cases of dry eyes. These eye drops are sterile and suitable for use even with contact lenses.

These eye drops act as a lubricant and assist in alleviating dry eyes. Bion tears is suitable even if you wear contact lenses. The product is sterile and completely preservative free.

Ingredients:

Dextran70 1mg/ml & hypromellose 3mg/ml

Usage Directions:

Instil 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed. Each vial is single use only.

Storage:

Store below 25°C.

Warnings:

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Keep out of reach of children. 

Incorrect usage of the product could be harmful. If you experience eye pain,changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours, discontiue use and consult a doctor.If solution changes colour or becomes cloudy, do not use.

How Do Returns & Refunds Work?

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
